Vice President, Fund/Client CONVERSIONS ONBOARDING

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting to join our Conversion Onboarding team. This role is located in Wroclaw.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• By supporting and coordinating the internal onboarding processes necessary to successfully set up new client accounts within the bank’s operational framework.
• By collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all required data, documentation, and system configurations are delivered accurately and on time.
• By contributing to the continuous improvement of onboarding procedures, identifying efficiencies and helping to streamline workflows across teams.
• By ensuring that all internal onboarding activities are aligned with regulatory requirements, control standards, and organizational best practices.
• By providing strong analytical and organizational support that enables smooth transitions and high-quality execution of internal processes.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Solid understanding of daily accounting systems processing, workflow architecture, automation, and information delivery.
• Ability to write and read requirements documentation, create and executive test plans and deployment, and understanding of workflow orchestration. Knowledge of accounting processes, static data administration and platform conversions is a plus.
• Proven experience with process modelling and simulations, scenario developments and model office implementation.
• Some project management experience is desirable. Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure with a track record of delivering against deadlines
• Must have a healthy appetite for building out functional expertise and knowledge and must be able to swiftly shift between independent work and collaborative tasks.
• Self-motivator with a strong work ethic, initiative, critical and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills and must be able to quickly gather and analyse data.
• BA in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or IT, and 7-10 years of experience in investment management and/or the financial services industry.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment.
• Collaborative interpersonal skills, the ability to work within teams and a proven track record of building strong relationships.
• Flexibility to support market hours and do some after-hours work when necessary.
• Experience using Eagle or Invest One products or other major fund administration software is required.
