We are building one of South India's most exciting retail networks — and supply chain is how we scale. Today, we run one Distribution Center at Kadapa and 2 transit hubs servicing the Rayalaseema region. Within the next 12–15 months, that footprint becomes a multi-DC, multi-hub network: a second DC for an adjacent region, 4–5 hubs (several operating as mini-DCs), procurement operations consolidated under supply chain, and the operating model that holds it all together.

We are hiring a Senior Manager – Supply Chain Operations to lead that next chapter. This role bundles network operations, procurement operations, planning, and the SC control tower into a single owner — accountable for availability, service, cost, and scale-up across the network. You'll inherit a working network and a strong team, and take both through their highest-growth phase yet.

About the role

We're looking for a designer who can make things look great and move. Someone who understands how people shop, what makes them stop scrolling, and how to craft visuals that sell — without making it obvious they're selling.

You'll be the visual force behind our marketing — building creatives for performance campaigns, social, in-app banners, packaging, and seasonal launches. You'll also bring motion to our communication, crafting Lottie animations and micro-motion assets that make our product feel alive.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work closely with the growth, product, and brand teams to produce assets fast, iterate faster, and maintain a strong visual identity across every touchpoint.

What you will be doing

• Design high-converting ad creatives for performance channels — Meta, Google, YouTube, and in-app — across seasonal campaigns, product launches, and offers

• Build Lottie animations and motion design assets for app UI, onboarding flows, push notification visuals, and brand communication

• Create and maintain visual design systems for marketing — templates, component libraries, and brand guidelines that scale across teams and formats

• Design assets for retail touchpoints — franchise store collateral, private label packaging, and offline marketing materials

• Collaborate with growth and product teams to A/B test creatives, iterate on what works, and develop a visual language that resonates with Tier 2–4 audiences

• Produce short-form video edits and animated social content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp campaigns

What we're looking for

• Years of experience aren't a dealbreaker — we care far more about your portfolio and the quality of your output. If your work is strong, we want to hear from you.

• Hands-on experience in ecommerce or quick commerce — you understand the visual grammar of D2C brands, app-first products, and performance-driven creative

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects; experience exporting animations as Lottie (via LottieFiles or AE plugin) is a must

• Comfortable working at pace — you can go from brief to first draft quickly, without sacrificing quality, and can manage multiple concurrent requests

• Strong typographic sensibility and an understanding of how visual hierarchy, colour, and layout affect conversion — not just aesthetics

• Prior experience at a consumer product company, B2C app, or consumer startup is strongly preferred — bonus if it's in grocery, retail, or hyperlocal commerce
