About the role
We're looking for our first Account Executive - someone who knows how enterprise pharma buys software, has relationships at the right level, and can close six-figure deals.
You'll work closely with the founders, help define our sales motion, and have a real stake in building the go-to-market function from the ground up.
What you'll do
• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close for enterprise pharma accounts
• Identify and qualify new opportunities across business development, portfolio, and CI teams
• Run demos and discovery sessions that uncover real pain and map it to Metly's value
• Work with the founders to define pricing, packaging, and the enterprise sales playbook
• Build relationships with champions and economic buyers in large pharma organisations
What we're looking for
• 5+ years selling SaaS or data products to enterprise pharma or life sciences
• Track record of closing six-figure deals with long sales cycles
• Existing relationships within pharma BD, strategy, or intelligence functions is a strong advantage
• Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders (VPs, SVPs, C-suite) in large organisations
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you want to build a sales function, not just execute a playbook
