Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to help build the core Metly platform - the system that ingests, processes, and surfaces pharma intelligence for some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.

You'll work closely with the founding team, own significant parts of the stack, and see the direct impact of your work on customers every week.

What you'll do

• Design and build full-stack features across our web application and data pipeline

• Work on the interfaces that make complex pharma data understandable and actionable

• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their workflows and translate them into product

• Contribute to architecture decisions and help set engineering standards as we grow

• Ship fast, iterate based on real feedback, and hold a high bar on quality

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of full-stack experience, ideally with React and Python or Node.js

• Strong product sense - you care about the user experience, not just the code

• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make pragmatic decisions without a lot of hand-holding

• Experience working with data-heavy applications or complex domain models is a big plus

• Pharma or life sciences background is not required, but genuine curiosity about the space is
