Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Digital Delivery Executive to join
our Ad Operations team. This role is essential for the seamless execution, monitoring, and
optimization of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is a technical problem-solver
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the digital
ad-tech ecosystem

Key Responsibilities


● Campaign Management: Create and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital ad
campaigns, from trafficking in Google Ad Manager (GAM) to final reporting.
● Inventory & Delivery: Monitor campaign pacing across Mobile, Web, and CTV
platforms to ensure 100% fulfillment of direct and programmatic deals.
● Data Analysis: Use Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyze large datasets,
identifying delivery trends and providing actionable performance insights.
● Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve discrepancies or technical hurdles related to
creative assets, tracking tags, and ad-serving logic.
● Streaming & SSAI Support: Support ad workflows within our streaming environment,
ensuring Server-Side Ad Insertion (SSAI) markers are functioning correctly for live
events.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Tech
teams to ensure client KPIs are met

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


● Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Digital Advertising.
● Platform Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM).
● Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of the Streaming Landscape and how digital
video is consumed.
● Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and
reporting.
● Aptitude: A fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving
industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications


● Video Specialization: Experience with Video Advertising standards (VAST, VMAP) and
troubleshooting video players.
● SSAI Knowledge: A foundational understanding of Server-Side Ad Insertion workflows
and their role in a live-streaming environment.
● Ad-Tech Curiosity: Familiarity with Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) or Private
Marketplace (PMP) setups.
