Consultant - SAP

As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery team, working closely with functional teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your expertise in SAP ABAP will be instrumental in delivering high-quality SAP developments and ensuring the smooth functioning of our SAP applications. Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with functional teams to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement them effectively.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of SAP developments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP applications, providing timely support.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, and implement them as required.

• Document and maintain SAP development processes and procedures.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

• Participate in project planning and provide estimates for SAP development tasks.

• Ensure compliance with SAP standards and guidelines throughout the development process.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant, with a strong track record in SAP application development.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including object-oriented programming concepts.

• Experience with SAP HANA database and its integration with SAP ABAP.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its key functionalities is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Certifications in SAP ABAP or SAP HANA are an advantage.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
