Job Title
Creative Designer / Senior Creative Designer (designation to be finalized based on experience)

Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur)
Role Objective
PropertyPistol is looking for a creative and concept-driven design professional who can translate business and marketing requirements into strong visual communication.
The role focuses on conceptual thinking, design execution, and creative innovation, supporting brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, digital platforms, and internal communications across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Conceptualization & Design
• Develop original creative concepts, visual themes, and campaign directions aligned with PropertyPistol’s brand and business objectives.
• Translate marketing briefs into high-quality visual creatives across digital and offline platforms.
• Ensure consistency in brand language, design standards, and visual storytelling.
2. Design Execution & Tools
• Create creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, digital banners, and internal communication.
• Work hands-on with design tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign / Figma / Canva (added advantage)
• Adapt designs for multiple formats while maintaining quality and turnaround timelines.
3. AI & Emerging Creative Technologies
• Leverage or experiment with AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity and innovation, including:
• AI image generation and enhancement tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL
• E, etc.)
• AI-assisted layout, design, and copy-generation tools
• Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, reels, or short-form video creation will be an added advantage.
4. Copy & Visual Storytelling
• Create short, impactful creative copy that complements visual designs and improves engagement.
• Work closely with marketing and branding teams to ensure alignment between messaging and design.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, branding, and leadership teams to deliver creatives aligned with business needs.
• Present creative ideas and design rationale clearly to internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
• Experience: Relevant experience in creative design, graphic design, or visual communication (experience level to be finalized).
• Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite; exposure to Figma/Canva preferred.
• AI Exposure: Willingness to work with AI-driven creative tools and modern design technologies.
• Communication: Good communication and presentation skills.
• Mindset: High learning agility, curiosity for new tools, trends, and creative platforms.
• Location & Shift: Based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai; comfortable with a 6-day work week.
