ShareChat (Mohalla Tech Pvt Ltd) is India’s largest homegrown social media
company and the only local player to achieve profitability in the industry,
with 200+ million Monthly Monetizable Users across all its platforms.

Founded in 2015, ShareChat has social media brands such as the ShareChat App
and Moj App and micro drama app QuickTV under its portfolio. QuickTV, the
newest addition to ShareChat's family of apps, crossed the 10 million downloads
mark within 3 months of launch and currently has 60Mn MAUs across the network
viewing the vertical episodic content.

Today, the ShareChat network maintains a whopping 1,000 Cr ARR and is India’s
leading social media platform servicing users across the country in 15 regional
languages. This growth has led to a 28% YoY revenue growth in the July-Sept
(2025-26) quarter and increased it by more than 60% in the Oct-Dec quarter.

What You’ll Do?

We're looking for a trend-savvy, AI-native Content Design Intern to help our
marketing team bridge data-driven research and high-performance visual content.
You'll help find the raw materials, sounds, and trends that make audiences stop
scrolling, while keeping our assets relevant, compliant, and built for results.

* Content Sourcing: Curate high-quality visual content (stock footage,
imagery, inspiration) for ad generation. Scrape the ShareChat platform,
competitor pages, and social media to surface winning creative directions.
* Audio & Music Curation: Research music labels and trending tracks to find
the right sonic backdrop for campaigns.
* Copyright Compliance: Vet all sourced material (image, video, audio) for
licensing risk; ensure everything is safe for commercial use.
* Trend Monitoring: Track aesthetic and structural trends across TikTok,
Instagram, ShareChat, and similar platforms that we can apply to ads.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor live ad results daily and translate the
numbers into creative recommendations.

Who are you?

* Platform Fluency: You live on social media and speak the language of each
platform.
* Research Skills: Skilled at finding hidden-gem content across stock
libraries and music databases, and comfortable maintaining database
spreadsheets.
* Analytical Mindset: Can read daily performance metrics and translate
"numbers" into "creative suggestions."
* Hands-on with Creatives: Ability to do basic video & graphic editing is
definitive plus.
* AI-Native: Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows and finding small
ways to automate repetitive work. Comfortable with Claude / Gemini.
