Your Role
Project Management & Planning
• Lead end-to-end delivery of service projects for Email Builder clients, including planning, scheduling, prioritization, and resource coordination.
• Monitor project progress, manage cross-functional stakeholders (Design, Development, Freelancers), anticipate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Module Integration & Production
• Coordinate the technical integration of modules into the Email Builder, working closely with Design to produce required mockups and visual assets.
• Ensure quality and readiness for delivery by verifying compliance, testing functionalities, and validating the final output.
Delivery & Client Onboarding
• Coordinate the delivery of modules and services to clients.
• Lead client onboarding activities, including integration guidance, testing, QA support, and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement.
Secondary Mission – Other Group Tools
• Occasionally support service delivery for other tools within the group, applying Email Builder best practices where relevant.
• Contribute to client satisfaction and retention across the entire product portfolio.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Customer Success, Account Management, Academy, and Support) to support pre-sales, onboarding, delivery, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless end-to-end client experience.
Your Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related field.
• Professional fluency in both French and English.
• Initial experience in project management or project coordination within a SaaS company or the software industry.
• Background in Customer Experience (CX), CRM, email technologies, or MarTech/ SalesTech organizations will be considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
