Your responsibilities
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Weekly Reports: Preparing brief reports for sales management.
• KPI Management: Defining and Tracking Key Metrics (e.g., progress in the sales process, conversion rate, sales cycle length, average order value).
• Target-actual comparisons: Continuous monitoring of goal achievement (revenue, sales volume, contribution margin).
• Pipeline Hygiene: Review of opportunity stages in the CRM.
Analysis & Insights
• Sales Tracking: Monitoring the sales pipeline and identifying discrepancies.
• Churn analysis: Examination of why customers leave and what the customer lifetime value (CLV) is.
• Variance Analysis: Identify why targets were missed (price effects, volume effects, or mix effects?).
• Analysis of sales funnels and individual sales channel performance.
Sales Support
• Business Partner for Sales Executives and Account Manager.
• Ad hoc analyses for short-term issues.
• Ensuring data quality and consistency.
Your skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to further develop the controlling.
• Understanding of sales processes and logic.
• Effective use of KPIs in sales.
• Present and explain figures in a way that is easy to understand and tailored to the audience.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM tools, as well as data analysis.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, including knowing when to challenge or rethink existing processes to achieve better outcomes.
• Professional fluency in German and English.
