Lead - SAP-

As the Lead in our S4 HANA Functional - Delivery department, you will inspire and lead a talented team of SAP professionals. Your role is pivotal in overseeing end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, process mapping, and integration. With your expertise, you will ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

• Implement and configure S/4HANA solutions, focusing on SD modules, pricing, and Business Partner management.

• Map client business processes to SAP standards, conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.

• Ensure seamless integration with LE, MM, and FI/CO modules for efficient operations.

• Design and document functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, and forms.

• Perform thorough testing and provide post-go-live support to maintain system stability.

• Stay updated with S/4HANA advancements, particularly in data models, Fiori apps, and aATP.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their unique business needs.

• Guide and support team members, promoting continuous learning and improvement.

• Ensure timely project delivery, meeting client expectations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in SAP SD, with a proven record of successful S/4HANA implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash cycles, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management.

• Familiarity with S/4HANA simplified data models, Fiori apps, and Advanced ATP is essential.

• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.

• Analytical mindset to tackle complex business challenges and provide innovative solutions.

• Experience in process mapping and designing efficient, tailored SAP solutions.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire a high-performing team.

• Project management expertise to handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.

• Certifications in SAP SD or S/4HANA are highly advantageous and demonstrate expertise.
