Lead - SAP-

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead to join our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of ABAP developers, overseeing the technical development and implementation of SAP solutions. Your expertise in ABAP, S/4HANA, and integration technologies will be crucial in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our clients. As a lead, you will also interact with business stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Oversee the entire SAP technical development lifecycle, from design to deployment.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust SAP solutions, meeting client expectations.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, especially S/4HANA, and integrate them into our solutions.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to the team.

• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our SAP offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.

• Proven experience in leading and managing ABAP development teams.

• Expertise in SAP integration technologies and best practices.

• Excellent knowledge of SAP development tools and methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A proactive and innovative approach to SAP solution development.

• Experience in mentoring and training junior team members is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
