Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead to join our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. As a key member of our team, you will lead and mentor a talented ABAP team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality SAP solutions. Your expertise in ABAP development, S/4HANA, and integration technologies will be instrumental in guiding technical strategies and interacting with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Drive SAP technical development activities, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Design and develop innovative SAP solutions, leveraging S/4HANA and integration technologies.

• Ensure the quality and performance of SAP systems through rigorous testing and optimization.

• Implement best practices and standards for ABAP development, promoting code quality and maintainability.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive continuous improvement.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and creativity.

• Provide regular progress reports and updates to the management team, ensuring transparency.

• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.

• Proven experience in leading and managing ABAP teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills.

• Expertise in S/4HANA development, including core functionalities and integration technologies.

• Excellent understanding of SAP architecture and the ability to design scalable solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering innovative SAP solutions.

• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including OOP concepts, and experience with SAP UI technologies.

• Good knowledge of SAP Basis and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
