Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an exceptional SAP ABAP Lead to join our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. As a key member of our team, you will lead and mentor a talented group of ABAP developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality SAP solutions. Your expertise in ABAP development, S/4HANA, and integration technologies will be instrumental in guiding our technical teams and collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Drive the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions, focusing on S/4HANA.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable SAP systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and promote their adoption within the team.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards are met, and promote best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to the team.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical expertise and support to the organization.
Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.
• Proven track record of leading and managing ABAP development teams.
• Expertise in ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, and knowledge of SAP UI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies (e.g., PI/PO, CPI) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and system landscapes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing talent.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
