Role: Manager – Sales

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager – Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our luxury villa rental business.

The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase occupancy rates, and expand the client base.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including high-end travelers, travel agents, and corporate clients.

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, and partnerships.

Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and inventory management.

Marketing Partnerships: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.

Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify improvement areas, and implement growth strategies.

Industry Networking: Stay current with industry trends; attend events and conferences to build relationships and explore new opportunities.

Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in Business (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or related fields, with a proven record of driving revenue growth.

Skills

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client engagement skills.

Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify and close new business opportunities.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the luxury villa rental market, industry trends, and competitor landscape.

Strategic Thinking: Skilled in developing and executing data-driven sales strategies.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Travel: Willingness to travel frequently.
