Role: Operations Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury villa rental business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing villa maintenance and upkeep, and driving operational efficiency to exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Oversee the entire guest journey, from check-in to check-out, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations

• Villa Management: Manage villa maintenance, upkeep, and repairs, ensuring properties are immaculately presented and meet luxury standards

• Operations Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performing teams

• Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve guest satisfaction

• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure high-quality services and amenities

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring financial targets are met

• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure villas meet luxury standards and guest expectations

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies

• Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Hotel Management, 4–6 years’ experience in hospitality operations, luxury property management, or similar roles

• Familiarity with luxury villa rentals, hospitality industry trends, and high-end guest expectations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with guests, staff, and vendors

• Willingness to travel frequently
