Responsibilities and Impact:

• Manage Global Trades: You will handle FX Option runs for 13 major currencies, ensuring everything moves accurately and on time across global markets.

• Support a Positive Global Team: You’ll be the key link between our Asia and Europe Team, working in a healthy environment where we all help each other succeed. Required to work rotational hours to cover Late Asia, European and Americas regions.

• Improve Our Technology: Spend 20% of your time testing new software and suggesting better ways to automate our work by leveraging the function of Gemini AI, giving you a real voice in how we grow.

• Solve Problems Fast: Act as a first responder to fix trade issues during busy market times, working within a supportive culture that values quick thinking.

• Work with Leaders: You will communicate directly with Sales and Risk experts, giving you great exposure to market leaders and how they make big decisions.

• Learn and Grow: Gain deep technical knowledge of FX products and global operations, with plenty of chances to move from daily tasks into strategic project work.



Requirements

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Degree in related field (Finance, Business Management)

• 0-1 years experience in related financial technology operations services or banking operations.

• Knowledge of post-trade services or vibe coding will be ideal, with relevant interest in FX Options.

• Excellent communication capabilities and clarity of thought under pressure.

• Comfortable working and processing large datasets

• Committed team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, solutions-focused approach, dedicated to achieving collective team success.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced FX Product Knowledge: Previous experience specifically with FX Option or complex currency settlements.

• Process Improvement Skills: Familiarity with automation tools or basic coding (like VBA or Python) to help streamline our manual workflows.

• Financial Reconciliation: A strong background in managing brokerage fees or complex financial controls to ensure 100% accuracy.
