JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Account Executive to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own full sales cycle: Conduct discovery calls, deliver SaaS product demos, and create tailored ROI proposals.
• Take ownership of lead generators by coaching them on strategies, reviewing pipelines weekly, and ensuring they hit monthly quotas through accountability check-ins and performance feedback.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, upsell expansions.
• Forecast pipeline accurately and hit monthly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 4+ years closing experience, preferably in HR tech/recruitment SaaS
• Bachelor's & Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Consultative selling, negotiation expertise, and team leadership skills.
• Advanced CRM skills and proven win rates >25%.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Expertise in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
• Domains worked: Preferably in Recruitment and SaaS products.
• Experience in B2B sales or IT services industry.
• Exposure to international clients or global markets.
• Ability to handle complex sales negotiations and enterprise clients.
