Job Description -

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and strengthen our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content strategy, campaign management, social media analytics, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and carousels.

• Maintain and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to improve engagement and reach.

• Plan, run, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred).

• Track performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Respond to comments, messages, and actively engage with the online community.

• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to create high-quality content.

• Handle basic client communication related to social media activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Social Media Management.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Figma etc.

• Experience in social media analytics and performance reporting.

• Basic knowledge of paid advertising and lead generation strategies.

• Strong communication and content writing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
