Role Overview

We are seeking a Vice President – Product Management to lead product strategy
for Agentic Media Operations and FAST.

This role represents the portfolio-level product leader across multiple
products within a Business Unit, responsible for:

* Defining product direction and investment priorities
* Driving market positioning and category leadership
* Ensuring roadmap coherence across agentic media ops and FAST streaming
capabilities
* Enabling revenue growth through product strategy

You will work in close partnership with delivery leaders, Engineering
Leadership, GTM teams, and customers to ensure that product strategy translates
into measurable business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

Market & Customer Ownership (Primary Focus)

* Own deep understanding of media operations, FAST (Free Ad-Supported
Streaming Television), streaming, and media workflows across TV networks,
content owners, and FAST services
* Synthesise market intelligence, competitive insights, and ecosystem trends
into strategic product direction
* Define the product vision for agentic media ops and FAST streaming
* Act as the primary voice of product strategy across internal and external
forumsProduct Strategy & Portfolio Ownership

* Define and drive product strategy across Media operations and FAST
* Ensure alignment between short-term execution and long-term product
directionPortfolio Governance & Investment Discipline

* Prioritise high-leverage opportunities and eliminate low-impact work
* Drive clarity in:
* What to scale
* What to sustain
* What to sunsetInterface Ownership & Signal Management

* Serve as the structured intake owner for inbound signals:
* Customer feedback
* Sales/GTM inputs
* Customer Success insights
* Leadership priorities
* Translate inputs into well-defined problems and opportunitiesGo-to-Market &
Product Narrative Leadership

* Partner with Product Marketing to define:
* Positioning
* Messaging
* Pricing inputs
* Packaging strategy
* Ensure Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams have:
* Clear product narratives
* Roadmap context
* Differentiation clarity
* Act as a product evangelist for FAST and Agentic Media operations solutions
* Drive consistent messaging across internal and external stakeholders
Adoption & Outcome Validation

* Track product adoption, usage, and customer outcomes
* Validate roadmap effectiveness through real-world performance
* Refine strategy based on:
* Customer behavior
* Market signals

* 15+ years in product management, with experience in streaming, FAST, or
media platforms
* Experience working in a studio/TV Network media operations would be a
strong plus.
* Strong understanding of:
* Content operations
* FAST / OTT ecosystems
* Ad-supported video and monetisation
* Proven ability to define and scale product strategies in B2B SaaS
environments
* Experience working closely with customers and GTM teams
* Strong communication and executive presence

Base salary range for this position: $275,000–$315,000 USD annually, plus
eligibility for annual performance incentive and equity. In accordance with
local pay transparency laws, this reflects the expected base pay range for this
role in the United States. Actual compensation within the range will be
determined based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, training,
and location.
