Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Success Owner/Manager who will act as a mini-CEO for our product. This role sits at the intersection of product, customer success, business strategy, and go-to-market execution, ensuring product adoption, customer value realization, and sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong business acumen, customer empathy, and execution ownership to drive end-to-end success of the product.
You will own product outcomes — from understanding market needs to enabling adoption and building a healthy customer pipeline — while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership
Take end-to-end ownership as a Product Success Owner.
Develop deep understanding of the product, customer use cases, competitive landscape, and market positioning.
Act as the primary driver of product success, adoption, and growth outcomes.
Define success metrics and continuously track product performance.
Customer & Market Understanding
Engage with customers to understand business challenges and translate insights into actionable product inputs.
Identify adoption gaps and design strategies to improve product usage and customer satisfaction.
Ensure strong alignment between product capabilities and market needs.
User Story & Requirement Translation
Convert user needs and business problems into clear user stories and structured requirements.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure clarity of priorities and outcomes.
Enable logical decision-making based on business impact rather than purely technical execution.
Adoption & Growth Ownership
Create visibility for the products internally and externally.
Drive product adoption and customer engagement initiatives.
Support pipeline creation in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Contribute to positioning, messaging, and value articulation.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a central coordination point across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively to ensure smooth execution.
Communicate product vision, updates, and outcomes clearly to leadership.
