Who We Are
At Applify, we believe in building with purpose.
As an award-winning AWS Partner, we operate at the intersection of software, cloud, GenAI, and data, helping ambitious organizations transform how they operate, innovate, and grow.
We are a lean, high-velocity team that blends product thinking with strategic execution. Our clients range from fast-scaling startups to enterprise teams looking to modernize with confidence.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Founder’s Office — someone who can drive alignment across teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure strategic priorities translate into effective execution.
Role Overview
As Senior Program Manager – Operations & Founder’s Office, you will act as the execution engine behind leadership priorities.
You will work closely with founders and leadership to drive high-impact programs, improve internal operations, and ensure that company goals translate into structured execution across teams.
This role goes beyond project management — it requires strategic thinking, operational problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.
Your mission:
Make the company run smoother, faster, and smarter — while reducing operational overhead for the founders.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Strategic Initiative Leadership
Lead and manage multi-team programs across Sales, GTM, Delivery, Product, and Operations.
Translate company goals into structured execution plans with clear owners, timelines, and milestones.
Track program roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability across teams.
Coordinate execution across shared functions to drive Business Unit-level initiatives.
Founder Enablement
Act as a strategic right hand to the founders, ensuring priorities are tracked and executed effectively.
Prepare leadership briefs, meeting notes, and decision-support materials.
Translate founder priorities into structured tasks, execution plans, and follow-ups.
Support leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and partner discussions.
Operational Intelligence & Process Improvement
Identify operational inefficiencies across workflows, team handoffs, and processes.
Design and implement lightweight operational systems such as SOPs, templates, and checklists.
Standardize repeatable processes across teams to improve efficiency.
Automate and streamline internal workflows wherever possible.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication
Facilitate cross-team coordination across Sales, GTM, Product, Delivery, and Operations.
Run sync meetings, goal reviews, and program check-ins.
Ensure clear visibility and alignment on priorities, timelines, and ownership.
Act as a central coordination hub connecting teams and leadership.
Reporting & Executive Communication
Track company OKRs, KPIs, and key operational metrics.
Build dashboards and program summaries using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, or Jira.
Prepare executive reports, strategic updates, and leadership presentations.
Convert operational data into actionable insights for decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
2–6 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Founder’s Office, Product Operations, or Business Analysis roles.
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives rather than just tracking tasks.
Strong understanding of product, engineering, and GTM workflows.
Highly proactive with strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to structure complex information and drive clarity across teams.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a SaaS, cloud services, or technology-driven company.
Exposure to working directly with founders, senior leadership, or executive teams.
Familiarity with collaboration and program management tools such as Notion, Jira, Asana, or ClickUp.
