Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day operational and administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants strong exposure to leadership, business operations, and strategic decision-making.
You will act as a coordination bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders while ensuring smooth execution of schedules, communications, and priority tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment with priorities.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action trackers.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and expense coordination.
Communication & Coordination
Draft emails, presentations, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for updates and deliverables.
Act as the first point of contact for routine communications.
Operational Support
Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain organized documentation and confidential records.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business summaries.
Support execution of leadership initiatives and special projects.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams professionally.
Ensure smooth information flow between departments and leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in administration, coordination, or executive support roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality handling.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
