JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team by identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and initiating the first point of contact with prospects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building the sales pipeline and driving business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and research prospect through various channels such as LinkedIn, databases, and online research.

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

• Qualify leads based on hiring volume, tech needs, and SaaS fit; book 10+ weekly discovery calls.

• Maintain and log activities in CRM system and achieve 40+ SQLs monthly.

• Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales/business development team.

• Track lead generation activities and provide regular reports on pipeline status.

• Follow up with potential prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.

• Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years B2B SaaS sales or lead generation experience in HR tech/recruitment SaaS.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proficiency in outreach tools.

• Proficient in lead generation and sales development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with CRM tools is preferred.

• Ability to conduct market research and prospecting.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Domains worked: Preferably in Recruitment and SaaS products.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other lead generation tools.

• Ability to write professional outreach emails and messages.
